Balloon Car

Happy December!  Wow, can you believe it's December already and the year is almost over....YIKES!!  I really wish time would slow down sometimes, lol.  We've had very busy year loaded with lots of fun.  This past weekend I got to participate in my very first PWP event and met so many wonderful people.  I really had a great time :D  If you'd like to see the make & take project we were making, click HERE.  On Sunday we headed into Bass Pro Shop so my grandson could take a pic with Santa.  We did a little shopping while we waited for our picture time and boy were the stores a mad house.  Now I remember why I don't go shopping on weekends, lol.  So things were going great until I found out that my dad was at the ER.  He had surgery last week and ended up developing pneumonia.  He'll have to stay in the hospital for a few days but he should be okay.

Today I wanna share my son's balloon car project.
This was a fun project to make.  We used poster board for the body, soda cans for the back wheels and bottle caps for the front wheels.

I dug into my stash for some stickers of my son's favorite things.   They got to race their cars at school on Friday.

Well friends that's it for today!  Thank you for stopping by and have a beautiful day!!!!
